DESIGNER
TLCD Architecture is seeking a resourceful, self-motivated, and talented designer looking for hands-on experience in architecture or interior design. Join us and gain exposure to many project types and phases while working closely with our talented design staff.
ABOUT THE ROLE
· Works closely with architects, interior designers, and firm principals to develop visual representations of design proposals and assist in preparation of project documents
· Collaboration with project team members to resolve technical and design related issues
· Participate in consultant coordination meetings and site visits
· Hands-on application of design education to real-world project objectives
· Development of professional growth toward licensure or certification
· Compensation range for 0-3 years of experience is estimated between
$26.50 – $31.25 per hour plus benefits and bonuses and contingent on relevant experience
ABOUT YOU
· Bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field required
· Strong graphic, visualization, and communication skills to effectively communicate design ideas and questions
· Resourceful and proactive team collaborator
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Ability to take on new challenges and responsibilities and work on multiple projects simultaneously
· Revit and Adobe Creative Suite applications experience is desirable
