Description:
The course provides a brief description and installation methods of the six major roofing systems for low-slope roofing: Built-Up, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, PVC, TPO & KEE. This is followed by a discussion on the major performance criteria and the effects on the life of the roof; e.g., UV, Wind, etc., narrowing a broad list down to the top five. Lastly, we’ll compare how these six major roofing systems typically perform vs. these top five performance criteria.
