Ann Edminster is a California-based green building consultant with a national practice and Petaluma Climate Action Commissioner. Trained as an architect, she facilitates design teams, coaches other building practitioners, and develops education programs. Ann will be speaking on How to Design for Solar.
Brian Atchley is an engineer with a broad range of experience in the renewable energy field. He was VP for Product Development at Tesla for the SolarRoof as well as GAF Energy, and is now the CEO of StarlingRFS. Brian will be discussing Roofing, Solar, and a Solar Roofing Product Overview.
Jeff Spies has 15+ years solar and storage industry experience focused on codes/standards, permitting processes, racking and mounting, roofing/waterproofing, and technical training for designers and installers. Jeff serves as Board Member and Secretary for CALSSA (California Solar and Storage Association), and chair of Codes and Standards Committee and will provide an update on Clarifying Code and What to Expect Going Forward.
