Keller Court Commons in Petaluma is a Pocket Neighborhood.
Eight detached two-story homes 5 blocks from downtown Petaluma, California; one hour north of San Francisco, in beautiful Wine Country.
Each 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home is on a lot with a private yard. The community was developed by Jim Soules who pioneered the pocket neighborhood concept with seven communities in the Seattle area. KCC reflects Jim’s prior experience of homes clustered on a landscaped courtyard and parking off an alley, but with a modern lively design. The community plan is an open courtyard with striking views of Sonoma Mountain.
Start our tour with wine & cheese in the unique Commons Building, with its adjacent patio and bocce court, this space provides a place for parties, potlucks, and gatherings. The homes and private yards are maintained by the individual owners – we will take a look at one of the homes as well.
