RossDrulisCusenbery Architecture, Inc.  is currently seeking a creative and self-directed architect to fill the role ofproject architect for high profile civic projects. We are seeking an articulate and innovative designer with strong technical and communication skills. This position involves project design (from initial concept through final construction), production management, working collaboratively with others, and interacting directly with clients and consultants. Preferred background includes experience with programmatically complex projects of various construction types.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10 years experience
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
  • Ability to create technical details and documents that effectively describe a project
  • Ability to coordinate multiple aspects of client, engineer, sub-consultant and general contractor relationships
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills
  • Collaborative approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
  • Architectural license

Preferred Skills:

  • 3D rendering and visualization skills
  • LEED accreditation
